Reservation Policies
1. Deposit and Payment
Weekdays: Sunday through Thursday. A deposit of 30% of the total room rate is required.
Weekends and Holidays: Friday and Saturday, national holidays, consecutive holidays, and the days immediately preceding them require full payment of the total room rate in advance.
Payment Deadline: The required payment must be completed by bank transfer within three days of making the reservation, and guests must call the hotel to confirm the payment. Reservations will only be considered confirmed once both payment and telephone confirmation have been completed. Rooms will not be held for reservations that have not been completed within the specified period.

2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: After 3:00 PM. On national holidays and consecutive holidays, check-in begins at 5:00 PM.
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
Late Check-out Fee: NT$300 per hour. Any period of less than one hour will be charged as one full hour.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and must be arranged with the front desk. Additional charges will apply.
3. Accommodation Policies
Each room accommodates one child aged 7 or under free of charge, provided the child does not require an additional bed.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables. The hotel accepts no responsibility for lost or missing items.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and refrain from loud conversations or other disturbances that may affect other guests.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, betel nut chewing, drug use, and any improper or unlawful entertainment activities are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.
Cooking, grilling, and the use of high-power electrical appliances are prohibited in guest rooms to prevent potential safety hazards.
Please do not damage room facilities or remove any hotel property from the premises. Guests will be charged for any damage to the room, its facilities, or its condition during their stay, with the amount determined according to the extent of the damage.
Pets are not permitted.
Room rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rates applicable at the hotel at the time of the stay shall prevail.
Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been confirmed, cancellation requests will be subject to the following refund policy:
8 days or more before the scheduled check-in date: 100% of the deposit will be refunded, provided the cancellation notice is received on or before the eighth day prior to arrival.
1–7 days before the scheduled check-in date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded, provided the cancellation notice is received within this period.
On the scheduled check-in date or in the event of a no-show: The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations Due to Force Majeure
In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure, such as a typhoon for which the government officially announces a day off, please contact the hotel directly. The deposit will be retained as a credit for future use within one year.
